I help motivated women with gut issues, inflammation, and weight-loss struggles — even though they’re “doing everything right.” Most are tired of bloating, brain fog, stubborn weight, and confusing health advice that leaves them feeling stuck, dismissed, and drained.

 

Through my Crystal Clarity & Calm™ Method, I help them ditch the bloat, calm inflammation, and lose weight in a sustainable way — so they can finally feel energized, confident in their clothes, and at peace in their body again.

 

My own health journey started early. At age five, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and told I’d be on medication for life. But in my teens, I began making small, intentional changes to my food and lifestyle. By 18, I was off medication — and feeling better than ever. That experience lit a fire in me to help others take back control of their health, too.

 

Today, as a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and founder of HealthStyle Collective, I support motivated women in building real, sustainable health — no extremes, no guesswork, no pressure to be perfect.

That experience inspired me to help others take charge of their own health. I became a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied with many of the world’s top experts in functional medicine, integrative health, and behavior change — including Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Andrew Weil, and Deepak Chopra.
