2 Ahi Grade Tuna Steaks
Blackened Pepper Seasoning
1 stalk of green leafy lettuce
2 stalks of corn
Olive Oil (drizzle)
Balsamic Vinegar
Season Ahi Tuna steaks, thickly cover entire steak. In a skillet, highheat, add olive oil, add steaks. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
(Careful you might set off the fire alarm here because of the intense heat).
GRILL:
Cut lettuce stalk down the middle, lengthwise, drizzle with balsamicvinegar, oil and sea salt.
Season corn with mesa rosa chipotle seasoning.
Cook on grill for about 10 minutes.
