2 cups of brussel sprouts
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
1 lemon, squeezed
Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
Wash brussel sprouts, make a foil boat for grilling, place brussel sprouts in foil, drizzle oil, lemon juice and seasoning. Grill for 7 - 10 minutes.
This can also be done in a skillet on medium heat.
