Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients
1/2 cup (heaping) rolled oats
1 cup of steel cut oats
2 cups unsweetened rice, hemp or almond milk
1 cup water or
plain Greek yogurt
3-4 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxmeal
1.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons natural peanut butter
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons honey, agave or maple syrup
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Spoon into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.Close and refrigerate for 4 - 8 hours.
