Who ever thought, coffee, pineapple and.... Pork!! This is honestly, some of the best pork I've ever had. With only 5 minutes of prep time, this is a must try!

6-8 servings (leftovers!)
2-3 lbs. Pork (Shoulder or butt)
1 1/2 c. Chicken Broth
1-2 c. Organic Brewed Coffee
1/4 c. Pork or Chili rub
1/3 c. Cheat Ingredient - Pineapple, Habanero Sauce (you can replace this with fresh pineapple, cider vinegar, lemon juice, yellow, red & habanero peppers)
First, coat your pork with pork rub or a chili rub blend and coat evenly on all sides. Place in crock pot with the fatty side up! Pour chicken broth, fresh brewed coffee, and Pineapple Habenero mixture into crock pot and cook on LOW for 8 - 11 hours. The pork will fall right off the bone so be careful!!
