8 Mahi (or white fish) fillets
3 Oranges (Juice, Squeezed and slices)
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup lemon pepper seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Season fish with lemon pepper, heat 4 tablespoons oil over medium-high. Add fish and top with orange juice (freshly squeezed from 2 oranges) and slices (from 1 orange) to skillet and cook through. About 3-4 minutes per side. Top with salt and pepper to taste ~ Enjoy!
