2 cups spinach or kale (stemmed and chopped)
Chopped avocado
1 1/2 cups water
1 cored, chopped, unpeeled apple
1/2 inch ginger root
Add water, spinach or kale, apple and avocado to your blender. Starting slow, work your way up into a puree. You can add more water to achieve the desired consistency.
